As a company we specialise in developing brown-field sites in town or city-centre locations. At all of our developments we bring previously-developed land back into productive use.
We specifically seek out urban sites that are well located with regard to local amenities and transport links, and aim to deliver high quality, high density, mixed use schemes. In this respect, sustainability is integral to the Westmark business strategy.
However, we are also committed to seeking out ways to make our developments, and the way that we design and build them, more sustainable. We believe that in this will allow us to offer a better product to our customers and improve our performance as a company.
