Westmark specialises in developing brownfield sites in town and city-centre locations. We bring new life to sites that have previously been derelict by creating places where people want to live, work and socialise.
Unlike more traditional housebuilders, Westmark has a flexible approach to finding the optimum mixture of apartments, office spaces and shops or cafes for each scheme. On some sites we retain and refurbish existing historic buildings as part of the overall design, while other sites demand entirely contemporary buildings. Whatever the size and style of the development, our aim is always to deliver an imaginative integrated solution that is unique to that location.
