Overview

At Cardiff Bay, Westmark are developing 60 waterside apartments adjacent to the proposed International Sports Village. A mix of 1 and 2 bed apartments and penthouses will be provided to high standards of design and specification. The majority of units will have water views, terraces or balconies and secure car parking.

Construction is expected to commence in 2006 with completions following in 2007.
